Katia works with children through to adults.

Her areas of interest include postnatal depression, anxiety disorders, treatments for trauma, and food and weight related issues.

She is trained in EMDR and schema therapy, and a range of evidence based treatments including those informed by Contextual Behavioural Science such as ACT, behavioural analysis and mindfulness, with an interest in sensorimotor psychotherapy.

Neil
Clinical Psychologist

Neil enjoys working with adolescents and their families through to the elderly. His areas of interest include behavioural issues, grief and loss, addiction, mindfulness, anxiety disorders (including PTSD), obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorder, adjustment issues, self- esteem and bipolar. He is trained in a range of cognitive behavioural therapies including EMDR.

Linda
Clinical Psychologist

Linda works with children through to adults and families on a range of mental health concerns including anxiety disorders and trauma (PTSD), depression, interpersonal issues and perinatal mental health.
Linda is particularly interested in working with children, adolescents and families in relation to behavioural issues, adjustment and trauma with a focus on attachment relationships. She provides evidence-based treatment drawing upon Theraplay informed practice, Contextual Behavioural Science such as ACT and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Megan
Administration/Reception

Megan is our newest addition to our friendly Admin Team.
She brings with her a vast knowledge of administrative skills and has been a Rockingham local for over 30 years.

Natalie
Psychologist

Natalie enjoys working with all age groups ranging from 2 years and upward.

She is passionate about tailoring interventions to improve the challenges associated with co-morbid and complex mental health conditions such as separation and general anxiety, panic, depression, PTSD, addiction, sleep disorders and grief and loss.
In addition to this Natalie enjoys working collaboratively with families and couples to resolve relationship discord, addiction and behavioural challenges.

Natalie is trained in the use of Child focused CBT and EMDR, and Child Centered Play Therapy. Child Centered Play therapy specifically focuses on the natural language of child?s play to assists the processing and understanding of difficult life experiences and adult concepts.

Natalie also utilizes a broad range of therapies such as CBT, ACT, Systemic Family Therapy, EMDR and Narrative and Solution focused therapies when working with adults and families.

Mareese
Psychologist

Mareese works with older adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health issues and wellbeing concerns.

Mareese can assist with emotional and mood difficulties, grief, and concerns with relationships, including conflicts and worries about work.

Mareese also has experience working with individuals experiencing problematic alcohol and drug use, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, low self esteem, grief and trauma/PTSD.

Georgina
Psychologist

Georgina enjoys working with adults and adolescents to develop their experiential understanding of the principles of psychological functioning, move out of the limiting effects of depression, anxiety and stress and move into an improved quality of living.

Her work integrates elements of ACT, CBT, Narrative Therapy and the Expressive Arts.

Richard
Counselling Psychologist

Richard works with adults and treats most mental health conditions.

He also has a particular interest in working with parents experiencing their early years of parenting, and parents who may be finding it difficult to adjust to their parenting role e.g. following a traumatic birth, changes in family composition, or due to post-natal anxiety and depression.

He is particularly interested in meeting and supporting fathers in their important new role.

As part of the treatment process Richard likes to use mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy and attachment focused therapy.

Nicola
Senior Administration/ Reception

Nicola is highly efficient in co-ordinating our clinic diaries, ensuring new client referrals are matched with the most suited clinician, and taking care of our important administrative tasks. Her warm and respectful manner in guiding new clients through the process helps make contacting our clinic a comfortable experience.
